Got a call from what sounded like one of those scam centres in Asia. The connection was really poor, with loads of noise in the background. I didn’t say a word and they ended up hanging up. Have blocked the number now.

Watch out - this is a serious con artist! Make sure you report them straight away to Action Fraud at 0300 123 2040 to help keep older folks and those at risk safe. Thanks, Simon. This number keeps calling, just changed three digits from another one I got. Never picks up or leaves a voicemail. I’ve marked it as spam and blocked any other number that starts the same way.
