Got a voicemail saying my broadband would cut off in 4 hours, and if I press 1 on my home phone, I could speak to someone. When I did, the guy on the other end kept asking for my name, but I couldn’t really make out what he was saying. I told him he should already have my details, and he just hung up on me. Later, I rang the same number back and an elderly lady picked up, which was weird. Makes me wonder if her phone’s been compromised or something?
