Their thick Indian accents made it quite hard to follow, and they kept saying 'upgradation' instead of upgrade which totally threw me off. They stuck me on hold for a bit and then passed me to another caller, probably to seem more genuine. I ended the call as soon as I figured it was a scam, didn’t give them any of my details.
