I saw on the police 'action fraud' updates that scammers claiming to be from Amazon managed to rake in about £400,000 in just a couple months last year. Crazy how much they can make if you’re into that dodgy stuff. The cops are really keen to gather loads of details about scams like this. If you google 'action fraud' and head to the 'police.uk' site, there’s a 'reporting' section you can use. If you weren’t tricked, just report it as phishing and they won’t ask for any personal info. But if you did get scammed, be sure to report it as a crime.
