Got a call from some robo voice saying my internet would cut out in four hours. It told me to press 1, so I did, and then this bloke started yelling at me saying his name was Alan Watson from TalkTalk. I told him I didn’t use TalkTalk, and when he asked who I did use, I refused to say and said it wasn’t his business. He then started shouting and swearing. If he really works for TalkTalk, they seriously need to sort their customer service out!
