I got a phone call on my home phone earlier today from one number saying there was some suspicious stuff happening on my credit card, which was totally untrue. Then another call came from this other local number (01458 835281), but it wasn’t from my bank or credit card provider at all. Seems like a scam to me, which was pretty worrying and stressful. I’m not sure how to stop getting calls like these on my landline though.
