When I asked how I could be sure it was a legit O2 call, like if they could check any personal info, they said I’d get a text from their “official” number to prove it. It all sounded a bit dodgy to me, so I just hung up.3 yearsSo it appears there's a call coming through from O2, but they can't seem to verify any of my information. They claim that they'll sort everything out once I consent to whatever they're trying to peddle, insisting that I'll receive "text messages from their operational number."
