I received a call earlier today from someone purporting to be with the National Call Blocking Department. They mentioned that they knew I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service to avoid nuisance calls. They proceeded to request my information, such as my postcode and address. However, I refrained from providing any of my personal details and expressed my unfamiliarity with their organisation. When I inquired about their physical address and a legitimate contact number, they abruptly ended the call. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
