If we didn't agree with this charge, they urged us to follow up somehow, but before we could get any further details, the call disconnected. This message was left on our answering machine, mind you. I'm completely baffled as to what "prime benefits" they were on about, seeing as we aren't even signed up for Amazon Prime or any other service that might fit the bill.
