I've received a total of six calls from the same woman, using four different phone numbers. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the other two numbers she called from.

I received two phone calls this morning from blokes with quite a Pakistani accent, one claiming to be 'Jack' and the other 'John,' both insisting they were from TPS. I informed them that I’m already registered with TPS, so they really ought to stop contacting me!

This company seems to be employing a whole host of different numbers, as I’ve already reported them to Ofcom. I’m receiving around 17 calls daily, but thankfully I’ve got the BT call blocker, so they don’t disturb me at all.

I received a call from an individual with an Indian accent, claiming he wanted to have a word with my missus, naming her directly. He mentioned he was representing some kind of telephone management service, but it felt utterly dodgy, possibly a scam. I promptly advised him to clear off using some good old-fashioned Anglo-Saxon language!

On the 1st and 2nd of June, my elderly mother received calls starting from 8.00am, and they just kept coming throughout the day. It left her quite shaken as she couldn’t understand why the calls wouldn’t relent.

I've received two calls in the last forty minutes from a bloke in India attempting to pull a fast one on me. He kept asking if I was getting nuisance calls, claiming they could help block them, but I'd need to sign up over the phone. Once you share your bank details, they can quite easily siphon money from your account. I told him twice that I wasn't interested, yet he keeps ringing me back!

They identified themselves as Telephone Preference Management. A bloke named Mike claimed to be calling, but I’m convinced it’s a scam originating from India. They’ve already tried to get through five times today and it’s barely past 9 am! Just yesterday, they rang my number a staggering eight times. What a nuisance!

This seems to be a dodgy phone service, if you ask me. They're insisting on payment for a contract that we never actually agreed to in the first place. It seems like if you answer, you might get through to a person, but the rest of the calls just seem to vanish! BT really ought to do something about this nuisance. My elderly mum has been receiving persistent calls from them. Yesterday alone, they rang her four times on the 25th of May. There was even another call while I was visiting her — just silence on the other end.
