Total scam, without a doubt! Some sketchy bloke from abroad, probably from another country, ringing up to trick folks. They’re just too lazy or dodgy to earn an honest crust, resorting to this rubbish instead.

Got another call from the same number, so I’ve blocked it now. I’ve shared all the annoying call info with my supplier, who said they’ll look into it and keep me updated. This number rang me on a Friday night at 8:11 pm, which was pretty annoying. I didn’t pick up. The call lasted only about 15 seconds before hanging up, which to me says it’s probably some kind of autodialler. They didn’t leave any voicemail either.
