At about 2:25, Alex rang claiming to be from BT, but I wasn't convinced. I asked him what part of London he was calling from, then noticed his phone number had a Glossop STD code, which is actually in Derbyshire. Totally suspicious! Seems like scammers from India preying on older people to swindle money. Hope they get what’s coming to them!
