I found this number, 01457 778480, to be rather curious, as it doesn’t seem to be locatable. When I picked up, the very first thing it uttered was “goodbye”! I hadn’t even had a chance to greet it or anything. Quite odd, if you ask me. I've since blocked it and moved on.

I received a call today from some fool who claimed to be with HMRC, saying that I was on the brink of being charged for tax evasion. It's nothing but a scam and utterly ludicrous.

I received a phone call from someone threatening that I would be arrested and face court proceedings. They had a distinctly American accent.

I've just encountered a dubious call that seems to be a scam – steer clear of it! They were pretending to be from NatWest bank, but it’s clearly a ruse.
