somebody called stella.1 claiming to be from bt, saying they could lower my bill. honestly, i’m so wary of phone calls now, it's hard to know who’s legit. she didn’t seem very convincing either. when i mentioned i thought it might be a scam, she asked why i suspected that. i just ended the call after that.
