I found the caller rather impolite, as she insisted on using my first name and interrupted me throughout our conversation. Despite my request for her to delete my number, she carried on regardless. It was a local number connected to some claims-related matter, and honestly, it felt like a typical cold call. In the end, I just decided to hang up!
