I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, but I'm not even a customer. When I asked them to stop ringing me, they started swearing at me over the phone. Really unpleasant experience!

someone called saying they were from bt, telling me my internet was being used at night by strangers. i just ended the call straight away and rang my actual provider to double check - turns out it’s a scam for sure. these calls keep popping up and i always hang up before they try to get money outta me or mess with my computer. can get pretty dodgy if you’re not careful.
