Received a call while I was away from home - the number didn’t resemble anything standard, clearly a spoofed caller ID based on what someone else mentioned. It’s quite appalling that telecom companies in the UK permit such fraudulent practices; honestly, I can’t fathom any legitimate justification for this to be allowed!
