Got a dodgy call from some lot that sounded like "CAH" or something when I rang them back. The caller ID said Scotland, but it’s definitely the same group that phoned me before from a number claimed to be in Hampshire. Using Skype to return the calls is a laugh - just top up your credit and it lasts for yonks, plus they can’t ring you back on that number displayed. You can give it loads of stick if you want, or just keep ringing and stay quiet. Feels like giving them a taste of their own medicine.
