Got a call just now from some prerecorded female voice claiming it was ‘bank security’ about weird transactions on my account, telling me to press one to sort it out. I just ended the call straightaway. If you get something like this, don’t answer or press any buttons. It’s definitely a scam. I've blocked the number on my BT list now. This kind of fraud has been going around for years. Stay safe, folks!
