I'm pretty sure this is a scam. They phoned my elderly mum about 15 times, all trying to push a product. When I tried calling them back, no luck getting through. I've added their number to my BT block list now. It's awful how they target older folk. Mum gave them my number, but not once have they bothered to call me to explain this "important service" they’re trying to sell her.
