We got a call from this number, but they hung up as soon as we answered. Lately, we've also been getting calls from withheld numbers, and since we tend not to respond, they never leave a message. It’s becoming a bit tedious!

This number called us but hung up straight away as soon as we answered.

Just a quick update. It turns out that DHL, not DHS, was trying to deliver one of our Christmas parcels. Their tracking system listed it as "Held. Inadequate address" until we received a call from this number. Shortly after, the status changed to "released with storage" and then "in transit." So, when you received a call from this number, it’s likely that you made an online purchase and provided your contact details in case there were any hiccups with the delivery.

Just to clarify, DHL (not DHS) was indeed trying to deliver one of our Christmas parcels, and according to their tracking updates, it was marked as "Held. Inadequate address" right up until we received a call from this number. Shortly after that, the status changed to "released with storage," and then "in transit." So, when you received a call from this number, we reckon you must have made an online purchase and perhaps provided your phone number in case there were any hiccups with delivery.

The other day, we received a call from this number. A woman’s voice on the line said, “DHS is trying to deliver a package but is having difficulty locating your property. Could you please confirm the address?” Rather foolishly, we went ahead and shared our address, only to kick ourselves moments later, realising that might not have been the wisest move. Our flat can be a bit tricky to find, but interestingly, a delivery did show up today... so who really knows what’s going on?

This number has been persistently ringing us, yet it seems they can’t be bothered to leave any sort of message! Quite odd, really.
