I picked up and heard an automated voice from America saying my Amazon Prime would renew automatically for £35.99 a month, and if I wanted to chat with their customer help, I should press 1. I just ended the call straight away, thinking it was a scam. I don’t pay that much and can’t see Amazon bothering to call people like that.
