They’re attempting to convince me that I had some sort of Payment Protection Insurance eligible for a claim - which I’m certain I don’t. It’s as if they’ve found access to confidential information that only they can retrieve. They seem to have my address and other personal details, leading me to believe my information has been passed on to outside parties.
