The phone rang twice today, but there was no voicemail left behind. Quite curious, really!

I keep getting calls every hour something like. It’s clearly a scam, pretending to be from the Hinckley area with the 01455 code, but you can tell right away the caller isn’t even from the UK! The first time it rang my mobile, I foolishly phoned back on my work landline to see who it was. Since then, my work phone has been bombarded with silent calls nonstop. Thankfully, I have caller ID, so I just ignore them. Almost immediately after it hangs up, the same number rings my mobile again and I never pick up. I've even saved the number as “Scam Monkey” in my contacts now.
