I’ve recently landed an interview with these individuals, but they didn’t request our National Insurance number or passport details. This leads us to suspect that something’s amiss, and we can’t shake the feeling that they might be up to no good. It wouldn’t surprise us if they’re in the process of draining our bank accounts as we speak!

I had two calls from this number on 24th October 2008, coming in just moments apart on a line I exclusively reserve for work-related purposes. The caller seemed intent on peddling insurance, and quite frankly, this person was an absolute nuisance-definitely a scammer in my book. I really wish BT or Otel would take action and disconnect these bothersome chancers; it would save everyone a considerable amount of hassle!

Greetings! We are affiliated with this company and can confirm that these individuals are entirely above board, so there's no need for concern whatsoever. Best, Warwick.

It seems to us that this lot are a bunch of salespeople trying to entice you into switching your insurance by promising to match prices and dangling life insurance offers. We reckon it might be wiser to hop over to MoneySuperMarket.com to compare what’s on offer. We certainly don’t hand out our debit card details over the phone, so we thought it was best to steer clear! The whole thing felt a bit iffy, to be honest.

I had another unwelcome call earlier today from these persistent folk, searching for my late partner. It’s quite astonishing how little regard they seem to have for the distress they cause. You'd think after informing them once, they would remove us from their records. The enthusiastic supporters chiming in on this platform are rather amusing, to say the least. Honestly, I wouldn’t be shocked if it turns out that this same individual is out there backing Warwick Finance under a different identity altogether. It’s all rather dodgy; I've even witnessed the organisation I work for engage in similar tactics just to sidestep any criticism.

In response to the various claims floating about regarding Warwick Finance being dishonest, we'd like to emphasize that this company was under the scrutiny of the Financial Services Authority. Additionally, they have been instrumental in helping numerous clients secure better deals on their home insurance and have provided jobs for many, ourselves included.

Oh, I nearly missed mentioning it - we reside in Devon, and the representative who services our area travelled quite a distance, more than a hundred miles, to reach us!

Seems a bit suspect, doesn’t it? Could potentially be a scam. Has anyone come across that fellow from Telephone Jacker?

We acquired a policy through Warwick Finance, and it pertains to Halifax. We didn’t encounter any issues with them; everything seemed in order. It's worth mentioning that these individuals are overseen by the Financial Services Authority. Halifax has confirmed that they operate independently.

I received a call from someone claiming to represent Halifax Building Society. They were pitching a rather enticing deal on home insurance, along with two years of complimentary life cover for me and my wife. However, they then asked for our bank details, saying it was necessary to process the free life insurance. They mentioned that the money would be deposited initially and then withdrawn again by Friends Provident in about three weeks. Quite suspicious if you ask me!
