Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, saying there was an issue with my internet. When I asked for details, they couldn’t really explain anything. The guy got proper rude and even started swearing when I didn’t do what he told me to fix the internet. I told them straight away it felt like a scam and hung up. Honestly, it was a really unpleasant and aggressive experience.
