someone rang saying they were from bt about my broadband account, asking for the account holder. they claimed there was an issue with my broadband service. I told them I doubted they were really from bt. they insisted they were and said they wanted to stop my service from being disconnected. I told them I don’t even have internet. they asked, ‘no internet at all?’ I said yeah, that’s right. then they just hung up on me.
