Got a call from someone claiming to be from Open Reach, said they needed my info to sort out some issues with upgrading my phone line. She kept going on about how it was to prevent fraud, which just sounded like rubbish to me. Told her it’d only stop them if I gave it to her, obviously! Then she asked for my mobile number too - I just kept them waiting so they couldn’t ring anyone else. Total scam, no doubt.
