Just received a call from Dales Garage telling us our van is due for a service. The amusing thing is, we don’t even own a van! Nonetheless, I must say that their team was exceptionally polite and eager to assist. I’d suggest giving them a ring back; they'll clarify the reason for their call. Unfortunately, the line was busy, so it might take a bit of persistence to reach them-or maybe you could just leave it be.

I recently received a message from Dales Garage to let me know that our van is due for a service. The curious thing is, we don't own a van! That said, I must say that the folks at Dales have been incredibly polite and helpful. When I attempted to ring them back for clarification, I ended up getting a busy line. So, it's a bit of a waiting game now- either keep on trying to connect or just let it slide.
