This number rang us up claiming our business electricity deal was due for renewal and mentioned a letter had been sent out telling us to either renew or cancel a whole year before the contract ends. The bloke on the phone had quite a thick accent and came across as pushy. I ended up calling British Gas business to check things out, and they said they always give a heads up a couple of months before expiry. They also reckoned it was likely a broker since the rules let them adjust prices a year ahead. Just a heads up - watch out for calls from this number.
