Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was calling from Sky, saying I was due a refund of £222. When I told her to just send it to the bank details they supposedly had on file (which I knew was rubbish), she just hung up on me. Total scam.

I received a call from a woman with a thick Indian accent claiming to represent Sky Refunds, informing me that there was a sum of £222 owed to me. When I requested that she process it using my bank details-which I was fully aware they didn’t possess, recognising it as a scam-she promptly hung up.
