I received a call claiming to be from my bank, saying that £300 had been withdrawn from my account and prompting me to press 1 or 2 for assistance. It's clear this is just a scam.

Received a call claiming to be from Amazon Prime, but my subscription’s lapsed. They wanted a staggering £95 to renew it. They mentioned pressing 1 for one thing and 2 for another... Honestly, we have no affiliation with AMAZON whatsoever.

Clearly a dodgy operation. The person on the other end pretended to represent the Postcode Lottery and somehow had access to my complete name and address. Whatever you do, do not divulge your banking details under any circumstances!

Received a call from someone purporting to be associated with the postcode lottery. They were able to recite my name and address, which was rather unsettling since I've never taken part in such a lottery. It's pretty clear I wouldn't stand a chance of winning anything! They abruptly ended the call as soon as they figured out I was onto their little ruse!

They rang up stating they were from the postcode lottery, but it was evident they didn't even have my full name! They went on about how I was picked for a whopping £400,000 special draw. I asked them to send me an email with the details and then I just ended the call! What a shambles!

Just received a dodgy call claiming I’d hit the jackpot in the postcode lottery. Quite amusing really, considering I don’t even participate in it! When I tried to question the caller, they abruptly hung up on me. What a cheek!

I received a dodgy phone call from someone claiming to represent the Postcode Lottery, insisting I had bagged a whopping £100,000. They even had my full name and address, which was a bit alarming, to say the least! I told them that it wasn't me they were after, and just like that, they abruptly ended the call.

It’s astounding how these fraudsters haven’t a clue about the basics of conducting a legitimate lottery. I’m actually contemplating drafting an extensive letter—probably around a thousand pages—outlining everything they seem to be utterly missing!

Total con artists! They rang me up saying I'd struck gold with a £100,000 prize, and they seemed to know everything about me. They claimed to be calling on behalf of the postcode lottery. However, the minute I inquired about the name of their organisation, they simply cut me off! Honestly, it’s a pity as I could've genuinely used that cash boost!

Received a dodgy cold call purportedly from the postcode lottery, claiming I'd won £1000. As soon as I indicated that I wasn't interested, they abruptly cut off the line. The call came from a rather raucous environment, with several voices chattering away in the background. The caller was a woman speaking with an Indian accent. Quite suspect!

I received a rather curious call today from a chap purporting to represent the postcode lottery. There was a cacophony of voices around him—sounded like he was in some sort of call centre. Strangely, he was fully aware of my name and address and claimed I’d bagged a whopping £100,000.
If only it hadn't turned out to be a con artist trying to pull a fast one!

Received a call from someone masquerading as the Postcode Lottery. They had my full name and an old address I haven't lived at for ages, yet it wasn't even a postcode lottery I participated in. They stated I had bagged £400,000... such a pity it turned out to be nothing more than a hoax.
