Got a call from BT automated message, saying there’s been some dodgy activity online and I have to press 1 to get through to the BT CEO to sort out my service. It was that usual female BT voice, you know the one. This happened on 6th April around 12.30pm back in 2021. Felt a bit fishy to me.
