This number keeps buzzing my home phone. I attempted to return the call, but it just won’t connect.

I've had countless calls from this number.

I've had this number ring me a staggering ten times already this month. Honestly, I wouldn't bother picking up; it just rings for a second or two before cutting off. Quite odd, if you ask me!

Persisting with those calls... I've had enough and blocked the number... utter nuisance!

Is this a fraudulent call?

Just as quickly, it went silent once again, and the caller hung up. Is it possible to receive a pocket dial from a call centre? I've decided to block the number.

The number 01453488143 rang my wife's phone, claiming to be from consumer services. She got the impression that the caller, who sounded like he might be of Asian descent, could potentially be using different numbers as well. As soon as he mentioned his employer, my wife ended the call immediately.
