I suspect this caller might be up to no good. The sound quality was absolutely terrible, making it all the more difficult to decipher what was being said. The chap had an accent that sounded Indian, and he mentioned there was an issue with my Virgin Media router. To be honest, I could hardly make out what he was on about. Besides, I'm not even a Virgin customer in the first place!

I got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying there was some kind of problem with my Virgin internet account. There was loads of noise in the background, sounded like a busy call centre. The number they called me from doesn’t seem to belong to Virgin at all, unless it's some fake outfit. When I told them I’d ring Virgin myself and then hung up, they didn’t bother calling back. Definitely be careful with calls like this.
