I had a rather unpleasant encounter, to say the least. The individual on the line insisted on referring to me as Mrs. Taylor, claiming I had some sort of pension issue. They didn’t seem to care that I’ve lived at this address for four decades and have no clue who Mrs. Taylor even is. Quite frustrating, really!
