I politely told her I wasn’t keen on going over my policy and asked nicely if they could take me off their call list for good. Instead of agreeing, she flat out refused and just ended the call on me.

I got a call from someone claiming I'd been in a car crash! Pretty strange since I don't drive or even own a car. When I asked her how she knew, she just said “there’s a report”. I pressed her for details on where this report came from, and she started getting really annoyed. She kept pushing about “my accident”, so I shot back with, “Why don’t you tell me since you seem to know everything?” Then, without warning, she hung up. Tried calling the number back afterwards and it said I’d dialled the wrong number!
