Hello there! It appears they’re claiming to represent Barclaycard? Sounds like yet another dodgy scam to me! I reckon it's high time BT and the local constabulary were alerted about this. Were I residing in the UK, I'd likely trek down to Gloucester to try and dig up the address via the proper channels. After all, it should be possible to track it down since it’s linked to a landline, isn't it?
