Got a voicemail but could hear what sounded like a call centre buzzing away in the background.

Got a call claiming to be from my local council, but the person wouldn’t share their phone number. I had to use 1471 just to find out where the call came from - honestly, surprised one came up! You’d think they’d know better than to block their ID. When I told them I hadn’t been in any accident, they sounded really annoyed and rude. The caller was hard to follow, so I just gave up and put the phone down.

We got a call today, my other half picked up. The bloke claimed he was from either Stroud District or Gloucestershire County Council, kept harping on about accidents but was pretty rude throughout. He never gave his name or who he was after. When my partner asked who exactly he was trying to reach, the guy just kept repeating the same thing without actually answering. Proper dodgy.

I just got a call from this number, they said they were from the NHS regarding some accident I supposedly had. When I tried to get more details, they passed me onto a supervisor. The bloke was shockingly impolite. Swore at me, told me to f*** off, even threatened to come over and slap me. At that moment, I told him to bring his sorry self round so I could sort him out properly. Absolutely nasty behaviour.
