Got a call supposedly from Virgin about an issue with my router. When I asked them to confirm my address details, they said they couldn’t share anything due to data protection rules. I told them I wasn’t comfortable continuing the call and hung up. Then I phoned Virgin myself, and they said there’s no problem with my router and they hadn’t rung me. Pretty clear that was just another scam!
