Got a call claiming to be from HMRC. They tried to get my first name to check if they had the right person. When I offered my address instead, they got all weird asking why I wouldn’t give my name. Then, out of nowhere, they just hung up after a few seconds. Pretty sure it was one of those dodgy Indian scam calls.

Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, asking for my first name to make sure they were talking to the right person. When I offered to give my address instead, they questioned why I wouldn’t just share my name. Then, without any warning, they ended the call after a few seconds. Definitely felt like a scammer from India to me.

Got a call from someone saying my internet was hacked but they never said which company they were from. They asked me to call this number and talk to a tech expert. The message sounded off and suspicious, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Didn’t trust it one bit.
