When I asked him to clarify who he was and the reason for his call, he abruptly hung up after I didn’t confirm my details. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

They insisted on chatting with the homeowner directly, even mentioning the specific name of the property rather than the street address or number. The conversation abruptly ended when I declined to disclose my identity before they were willing to share who they were or why they were calling. Quite the dodgy situation, if you ask me!

I found myself stuck waiting for the person on the other end to answer. They asked for me by name and claimed they had been attempting to reach out for ages. Utter rubbish, so I let out a couple of expletives and hung up. Honestly, I've got far more important matters to attend to than engaging with these fraudulent calls.
