Tried to cancel it by staying on the phone but they just dropped the call, which left them quite upset and anxious. There’s no known history of this survey group, no website either - it seems like a classic cold call scam. I’m speaking up for them, so if you’re in Glos, please notify Glos Trading Standards to help put a stop to this dodgy behaviour.
