In just 30 mins they phoned me two times, claiming to be from Virgin Media with Indian/Pakistani accents. They asked about my device, saying someone was using my internet illegally. I got passed to a 'supervisor' who wanted to know where my router was - totally sounded like some dodgy call centre. It’s definitely a scam, so don’t give them any info but try to keep the call going as long as you can!
