Got a call from someone called "Nicola" saying she was with the "Energy Team," but when I asked her exactly which company she was from, she wouldn't say. She insisted my energy contract was about to end and that she'd previously helped me pick a tariff and set up a direct debit, which is completely false. This same number's tried to ring me before and I've already blocked it once. They’re pretty pushy yet polite, which could easily fool those who are more vulnerable.
