Got a call from a bloke claiming he was with BT Openreach, saying there was some problem with my router sending alerts about slow internet speeds while they were fitting new fibre. He said they could sort it out for me. Sounded like a typical call centre with an Indian accent. When I asked a bit more, he just ended the call on me. Pretty obvious that it’s a scam. This was the second call today from different numbers, probably trying the same trick.
