Pretending to be a government-supported home energy firm, they send out a ‘certified surveyor’ to check if your roof or loft might be causing higher energy costs, right when bills are already through the roof. Oddly, they claim they aren’t actually able to assess your roof's membrane, tiles, or rafters. What they do push hard is selling home insulation, but won’t say which brand or company’s materials the surveyor is tied to recommending. It feels like a bit of a sneaky sales tactic, relying on folks not digging too deep or asking too many questions.

They called me to push their boilers. After I settled on the price and the system, they went back on what they promised. The customer service was terrible. Honestly, steer well clear of these lot.
