Today, I got an automated call claiming to be from Amazon about my Prime membership. I've been a proud member for years and have never had anything like this before. The message said they were going to charge me an extra £20 this month but promised a £25 discount on my next renewal. Obviously, it’s all rubbish - they try to get you to enter your Amazon login on a dodgy site and then swipe your data and cash! Beware of this scam, it’s just a trick to steal from you.

Got a voicemail from someone with an American accent saying my Amazon Prime had issues or something, then they just hung up straight away.
