I got a ring from some Scouse lass who was rattling off a script regarding a supposed accident I had three years back. Fancying a bit of fun, I went along and confirmed that I indeed had an accident. She perked up like a kid in a sweet shop, practically tumbled off her chair with excitement. We were having a right laugh until she asked if there were any passengers in the car with me. The mood shifted faster than a cat on a hot tin roof when she found out my 'passenger' had been snuffed out in a crash that never even took place. The line went as silent as the passenger that never was.

Got a phone call from some outfit called First Response about an accident I supposedly had, which is strange because I haven’t had one in years. When I tried to get their solicitor’s details, they flat out wouldn’t share any names. Then I asked for where they’re based and again they dodged giving me an address. The number they used was a Stow on the Wold one, but turns out there’s no firm like this registered there. Feels like this company shouldn’t be operating at all.

I recently received a rather suspicious call from a firm claiming to be First Response, in regard to an incident I certainly haven’t had in the past three years. When I probed them for the name of their solicitors, they outright refused to share that information. I also inquired about their business address, but again, they dodged my question. The phone number appears to be linked to Stow on the Wold, yet I can’t seem to find any legitimate company registered at that location. It’s quite concerning, and I strongly believe this outfit ought to be investigated for their dubious practices - caller: First Response.
