I got a call on my home phone, but I didn’t pick up ’cause I didn’t know the number. Then they tried my mobile, but my phone’s app warned me it was likely spam, so I ignored it again. When I got back, I saw a missed call on my landline too. No voicemail or anything left. Feels like it’s one of those dodgy personal injury claim firms again - they must’ve got my details from a car crash I had last year. Thing is, I wasn’t hurt and the whole claim was sorted ages ago, but they just keep phoning nonstop!

These types of calls should really be tracked down and dealt with properly, they just exploit elderly folks.

Lately, I've noticed a barrage of phone calls (which I've, of course, ignored) coming from a series of numbers that are quite alike. They all kick off with 01451 49504, and the final digit seems to vary from 1 to 7. It’s likely there are more variations beyond this range, but I've yet to encounter any others.

It’s blatantly some form of nuisance call or dodgy scam, if you ask me.
